The head of the Department of Computer Science, Prof. Dr. Alia Karim Abdel-Hassan, held a meeting with the Laboratories Division on Tuesday 16/11/2021, in the presence of the scientific assistant, Dr. Noha Jamil Ibrahim, the administrative assistant, Dr. Bashar Saadoun, the director of the laboratories division, the assistant teacher Atheer Rahim, the department’s rapporteur, the assistant teacher Ahmed Hamed, and the laboratory officials. The Head of the Department welcomed the attendees, and the following topics were addressed:

• Praise the efforts of laboratory officials.
• Defining the curriculum of lectures and emphasizing the necessity of delivering them to students, updating and following up the curricula.
• Follow up on the coding of laboratory equipment.
• - Listening to the proposals that would develop the Laboratories Division.
• - Periodic maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Supplying laboratories with modern equipment.
• The necessity of teamwork in the Laboratories Division.
• - Activities of laboratory officials in the scientific aspect of research, seminars and committees.

The Head of the Department of Computer Science, Prof. Dr. Alia Karim Abdel-Hassan, attended the opening ceremony of the sports season at the University of Technology for the academic year 2021-2022, which was held by the Student Activities Department on Monday, 11/15/2021 at the University of Technology Stadium under the patronage of the President of the University, Prof. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban, in the presence of the Assistant President The University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hussein Hamid Karim, a number of heads of scientific and engineering departments, directors of administrative departments, and a number of student teachers.
