The Education and Health Guidance Unit in the Department of Computer Science held a meeting with students of the Information Systems and Data Security majors on Wednesday 10/11/2021 in the discussion room in the building of the Department of Computer Science, as part of a series of meetings that were held with other branches and in the presence of the Head of the Computer Science Department, Prof. Dr. Alia Karim Abdul-Hassan, scientific assistant Dr. Noha Jamil Ibrahim, administrative assistant Dr. Bashar Saadoun, head of the Information Systems Branch, Dr. Shatha Habib, head of the Data Security Branch, Dr. Iyad Hazem, director of the Educational Guidance Unit, Dr. Muhammad Ghani, department rapporteur, assistant teacher Ahmed Hamed, and members of the Educational Guidance Committee in both branches. In the beginning, the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Alia Karim Abdel-Hassan, welcomed the students and wished them a successful academic year. During the meeting, the following themes were emphasized:

• Adherence to health and safety laws and the necessity of taking vaccinations.
• Emphasis on adherence to the Student Discipline Law
• Students interacting with each other in the university
• Modest dress on campus
• Electronic and in-person lectures and communication with the subject professor
• Encouraging the establishment of student and sports activities
• Organizing field visits to the university library
• Join the online classes
• - Adhere to the schedule of in-person and electronic lectures and follow up the schedule on a weekly basis
• Preparing for the expected exams to be held this year
