The Education and Health Guidance Unit in the Department of Computer Science held a meeting with the students of the Artificial Intelligence branch on Sunday 7/11/2021 in the discussion room in the building of the Department of Computer Science, as part of a series of meetings that were held with other branches and in the presence of the Head of the Computer Science Department, Prof. Dr. Alia Karim Abdel-Hassan and the Associate The scientific Dr. Noha Jamil Ibrahim, the administrative assistant, Dr. Bashar Saadoun, the head of the Artificial Intelligence branch, Dr. Mustafa Jassem, the director of the Educational Guidance Unit, Dr. Muhammad Ghani, the department rapporteur, the assistant teacher Ahmed Hamed, and members of the educational guidance committee in the branch. In the beginning, the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Alia Karim Abdel-Hassan, welcomed the students and wished them a successful academic year. During the meeting, the following themes were emphasized:

• Adherence to health and safety laws and the necessity of taking vaccinations.
• Emphasis on adherence to the Student Discipline Law
• Students interacting with each other in the university
• Modest dress on campus
• Electronic and in-person lectures and communication with the subject professor
• Encouraging the establishment of student and sports activities
• Organizing field visits to the university library
• Join the online classes
• - Adhere to the schedule of in-person and electronic lectures and follow up the schedule on a weekly basis
• Preparing for the expected exams to be held this year
