A PhD Dissertation in the Department of Computer Science Discusses an Intelligent Surveillance System for Detecting Abnormal Human Behavior Using Deep Learning

- The Department of Computer Science discussed the PhD dissertation titled "Intelligent Surveillance System for Abnormal Human Behavior Detection Using Deep Learning and Data Encryption" by PhD student Sabah Abdulaziz Jaber in Computer Science / General on Thursday, 2024/2/29, in the late Dr. Imad Kazim hall in the Computer Science Department building. The dissertation aims to design a system capable of detecting abnormal human behaviors in surveillance cameras using deep learning models by proposing new frameworks and methodologies based on deep learning principles to provide practical solutions to challenges such as generalization and model integration to enhance automated surveillance systems. The discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Tariq Sadiq as chair and members Prof. Dr. Abdul Amir Abdullah Karim, Prof. Dr. Bashar Maki Neama, Prof. Dr. Iqbas Azaldeen Ali, Assistant Prof. Dr. Husayn Samir Abdullah, Prof. Dr. Khalid Ali Hussein as a member and supervisor, and Prof. Dr. Haider Kazim Hamoud as a member and supervisor.
