The Computer Science Department discussed the tagged master's thesis Developing AContext-Aware Recommendation System By Using Collaborative Filtering By master’s student Doaa Hussein Hamid, Computer Science/Software, in the discussion room in the Computer Science Department building on Thursday, 9/14/2023. This thesis aims to create personalized CARS that have high accuracy and can help customers find and choose the best products. It also aims to allow the system to provide Suggestions for purchasing specific products that match customer needs in order to create a robust system that effectively addresses the majority of problems. The method is accomplished through the use of hybrid CARS. The discussion committee consisted of Prof. Israa Tahseen Ali as chairman, Prof. Rajaa Kazem Hassoun, Prof. Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Ghathwan, and Prof. Rehab Falih Hassan as member and supervisor.
