The Department of Computer Science awards a master's degree for the thesis entitled "Development of Cryptographic Algorithms Relying on Single Magic Square Mathematics"

-The Department of Computer Science awarded a master's degree to the student (Ibrahim Malik Abdul Rahman) in computer science/data security for his thesis entitled "Developing cryptographic algorithms based on the mathematics of individual magic squares" in the discussion room in the annex building of the Department of Computer Science. The thesis, consisting of five chapters, dealt with the use of the magic square and its use in the encryption process to obtain a fast cipher system with a high rate of complexity. Increasing the complexity of coding is important, but it leads to an increase in time, and the best way to increase the complexity is to use the inverse matrix, but it is accompanied by a time consumption. The discussion committee consisted of:

  • Prof. Dr. Iyad Abdel Qahar Abdel Salam, President
  • Prof. Dr. Sakina Hassan Hashem Member
  • Prof. Dr. Abeer Tariq, born a member
  • Prof. Dr. Abdel Moneim Saleh Rahma, member and supervisor
