PhD thesis in the Department of Computer Science discussing a mobile application to diagnose human eye diseases for the telemedicine service

- The Department of Computer Science discussed the doctoral thesis tagged "A mobile application for diagnosing human eye diseases for telemedicine service" by doctoral student Shorouq Hamid Rashid, Thursday 06/24/2021 in the discussion room in the building of the Department of Computer Science. The aim of the thesis is to diagnose external eye diseases from a distance. The thesis discussed how to distinguish the patterns and accuracy required in this process and the way in which the telemedicine service is delivered. The most important findings of the researcher are that the combination of mobile technologies, wireless communications and cloud computing is necessary and useful in providing remote health services, especially in light of the current conditions of the Corona pandemic.
