-The Department of Computer Science discussed the Master's thesis of the student, Tabarak Reda Kateh, Computer Science / Information Systems, tagged "Building an Adaptive Background Model for Detecting Speeding Vehicles" Constructing of Constant Velocity Background Model For Detercting Speeding Vehicle On the discussion room in the annex building of the Department of Computer Science. The aim of the thesis is to propose a new method of background modeling to create a good adaptive background model for the purpose of building a traffic control system to detect speeding vehicles. The discussion committee consisted of:
