A master's thesis in the Department of Computer Science discusses "hiding the encoded message in a color based on a two-dimensional wavelet beam."
The Department of Computer Science discussed a master's thesis tagged "Hiding the encoded message in a color based on a two-dimensional waveform package" by student Sally Adnan Mahdi of Computer Science / General on Sunday 4/18/2021 in the discussion room of the Computer Science Department building. The message aims to build a system to send and receive an image between two parties that contains a secret message that cannot be observed, solves the problem of data loss in a two-dimensional wave packet and extracts the message in the same way as information hiding and decoding to obtain a plain and complete text. The message discusses encoding the secret message and using the spatial domain technology to hide the encrypted messages. It was concluded that this method is better and faster and gave high results and full access to the data. The discussion committee was drawn from
- Prof. Dr. Abd Al-Amir Abdullah Karim as Chairman
- Dr. Rana Saad Muhammad is a member
- Dr. Bashar Saadoun Mahdi, member
- Prof. Maysa Abd Ali Khader, member and supervisor

Master Thesis in the Department of Computer Science discusses "Improving the Adaptive Security Architecture using the Modified Encryption Method."
The Department of Computer Science discussed a master's thesis titled "Improving Adaptive Security Architecture Using the Modified Encryption Method" by Hassan Rahma Zagy on Tuesday 3/16/2021 in the discussion room in the Computer Science Extension Building. The aim of the five-chapter thesis is to present a methodology for building a security proposal About the e-learning system by protecting the system layers (the outer layer) and depends on pattern recognition using facial recognition techniques to enhance the credibility of the authorized persons. It aims to provide a safe environment for an e-learning system (case study) from various risks of attackers and intruders in order to provide an adaptive environment For an electronic learning system and achieving high protection. The discussion committee was drawn from
- Prof. Shaima Hamid Shaker as Chairman
- Prof. Maysa Abd Ali, member
- The charter of the student as a member
- Prof. Dr. Abeer Tariq Mouloud, member and supervisor

Master Thesis in the Department of Computer Science discusses "Detecting Credit Card Fraud Using Machine Learning Algorithms"
The Department of Computer Science discussed the message tagged "Detecting Fraud on Credit Cards Using Machine Learning Algorithms" by student Nour Khaled Hussein Computer Science / General in the discussion room in the Department of Computer Science Building Wednesday 3/10/2021 The message, consisting of five chapters, aims to reduce and define The best data by using the approximate group theory to make the system more accurate and to address the time complexity and to test the ability of the proposed system to detect fraud in the credit card of different sizes of the data set, which leads to giving a detection and prediction system with the highest accuracy and the least processing time. This method focuses on proposing a method based on machine learning. The conclusions reached in this method are to use coarse group theory as a test for determining accuracy and time. This method was the best because it gave the best result according to accuracy and processing time, it was the best data set for sampling and the best result for time. The discussion committee consisted of:
- Prof. Ahmed Tariq Sadiq as Chairman
- Prof. Dr. Suhad Mal Allah as a member
- Prof. Dr. Ikhlas Abbas Jabr as a member
- Prof. Dr. Iyad Roudhan Abbas, member and supervisor
- Dr. Bashar Saadoun Mahdi as a member and supervisor
