Speech of the Head of the Computer Science Department on the occasion of the International Day of Education
Honorable teachers
Dear students
Sunday January 24 marks the International Day of Education and is the day that education undertakes to achieve peace
and development
Title "Revitalizing and revitalizing education for the generation suffering from the Covid-19 pandemic" The world
will celebrate the third session of the International Day
For education and lifelong learning. On the third of December and three years ago, the General Assembly of the

equality and poverty breakthrough that would be left behind
Millions of children, youth and adults.
Undoubtedly, education and learning have picked their pick when they rushed to find vaccines to stop the spread of
the Corona pandemic, which he sought
Researchers, scientists and pharmaceutical companies to preserve generations and the future of humanity.
As the world celebrates this day, it affirms the firm will to bring about change for the sake of comprehensive,
equitable and quality education for all.
The World Education Day is the culmination of the world's will to improve educational standards and eradicate

A master's thesis in the Department of Computer Science discusses the classification of composite gap radar images using multiple segmentation and a hierarchical classification structure.
The Department of Computer Science discussed the MSc thesis tagged “Composite gap radar classification using
multiple hash and classification structure
Hierarchy for a master's student (Aseel Sami Ali) in Computer Science / Information Systems in the discussion room
in the Computer Science Department building.
This thesis proposes a classification system based on education transmission with bypass neural networks to classify
the SAR image and it consists of eight
Phase. Five experiments were proposed on this system to compare the results, and the message gave correct
predictions for all groups.
The discussion committee consisted of:
Prof. Dr. Abd Al-Amir Abdullah as Chairman, and Prof. Dr. Ghada Kadhim Nehme as a member, and Prof. Dr. Rahim
Abdel-Saheb Okla as a member and Prof. Dr. Muthail Emad Al-Din as a member

A master's thesis in the Department of Computer Science discusses automatic detection of compounds based on coding properties
The Department of Computer Science discussed the message tagged "Automatic detection of compounds based on
characteristic coding" to the master's student (Mustafa
Najm Abdullah) Computer Science / Information Systems in the discussion room in the Computer Science Department.
This message proposes a system for detecting, tracking and calculating vehicles in normal and complex weather
conditions, for example days
Rainy and cloudy days, to issue a decision on road conditions, whether crowded or not.
The system added a pre-processing process called a technique called histogram equalization of complex weather
conditions, which improves clarity
Video and decide contrast.
The results showed the accuracy of the system used to detect and track vehicles in bad conditions, as the system
achieved an accuracy of 97%.
The discussion committee consisted of:
Prof. Dr. Mitil Emad Al-Din as Chairman, Prof. Dr. Abeer Salem Jamil as Member, Prof. Dr. Nuha Jamil as Member and
Prof. Dr. Yusra Hussein Ali as Member and Supervisor.

A master's thesis in the Department of Computer Science discusses an intelligent electronic learning system using hybrid technologies
The Department of Computer Science discussed a master's thesis titled "an intelligent electronic learning system
using hybrid technologies" for the master's student
(Muhammad Khader Kadhim) Computer Science / General in the discussion room in the annex building in the computer
science department.
In this thesis, an intelligent learning system called Intelligent Edu is proposed, and the main topics are divided
into five parts
The first deals with the data that is used and the second part deals with the design of web pages and languages are
defined
The programming used for the beneficiary The third part is to divide the courses within the proposed system into a
group of levels according to the rules
Part four represents the smart class that uses algorithms to provide predictions for students' final evaluation
results
The last is related to the results, as the results showed the highest accuracy among the classified works, at 99.1%.
The discussion committee consisted of:
Prof. Dr. Suhad Mal Allah as Chairman, Prof. Dr. Abbas Fassil Muhammad Ali as member, Dr. Bashar Saadoun as member
and Prof. Dr. Alia Karim Abdul Hassan as member and supervisor.
