- A number of the teaching staff of the Computer Science Department, Assistant Lecturer Mai Sabri Muhammad, Assistant Lecturer Wissam Mahmoud Lafta, Assistant Lecturer Dina Kazem Mohsen, Assistant Lecturer Nada Najeel Kamal and Assistant Lecturer Saja Sobeih passed a training course in the Super Map iDesktop program, which was held by the Academic Training, Planning and Development Division Affiliated to the Office of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs in cooperation with the global Chinese company SuperMap on November 17 and 18, which was a remote course on SuperMap GIS, one of the applications of geographic information systems (GIS), whose curriculum included program recognition, analysis and processing of 2D images and maps and 3D which is used for spatial data analysis and remote sensing.
