A meeting was held with representatives of the stages in the department by the administrative assistant Dr. Bashar Saadoun Mahdi and the department's teacher, Yasser Munther, on Friday 7/24/2020 at 8 pm In this meeting, students ’inquiries about listening to electronic exams were clarified and instructions and directions that must be adhered to during the electronic exams were clarified and the procedures that must be followed in the event of an emergency situation or obstacles for the student during the exam period. Every aspect of the spirit of reassurance has been addressed to students to take the electronic exams experience for the current academic year 2019-2020.

Under the direct supervision of the Head of the Computer Science Department, Prof. Dr. Alia Karim Abdel-Hassan, the subcommittees of the branches of the department conduct all experimental exams for their students from 7/20/220 to 7/20/220 for the purpose of training them in the final exam mechanism and bypassing all obstacles that a student may pass in a day the exam .
