A master's thesis in the Department of Computer Science discusses tracking the behavior of users of intrusion detection systems using machine learning algorithms

- The Department of Computer Science discussed a master's thesis tagged "Tracking the behavior of users of intrusion detection systems using automatic learning algorithms" for the student Wissam Saleh Mahdi / Computer Science / General in the discussion room in the Computer Science Extension Building. The aim of the thesis consisting of five chapters is to suggest an effective and modified detection system for monitoring And categorizing the behavior of users of the banking system through the application of three algorithms for machine learning as classifiers, where the message discussed a banking system that contains 2,244 users whose behavior is tracked using the Users Behavior Tracking System (IDS) to find out whether the user’s behavior is normal or suspicious behavior. The proposed system has high accuracy in Classification between normal and suspicious behavior of the user, at a rate of 99.%. The discussion committee is dissolved from
