The workshop focused on transforming the paper-based forms of graduate students into an electronic system, as requested by the Scientific Assistant. The system allows faculty members to monitor students, prepare research plans, track progress, and assess students' work. It also provides tools for preparing the theoretical aspects of research, displaying detailed information, and updating student data in case of errors. Additionally, the system records the date of the thesis defense and whether any required modifications were completed, as well as presenting students' academic records to supervisors. At the conclusion of the workshop, certificates of appreciation were awarded to the members of the Graduate Students Tracking System Committee in recognition of their efforts in delivering the lecture.
