Important Notes
- You must download the following forms and fill them by hand for the purpose of submission (Form 1. Sumup Form 2. Certification Form 3. Data Form 500 4. Worksheet Form 504 5. Pledge Form 504), in addition to the forms of the four channels (the martyrs, artists, athletes, political prisoners ) for those who wish to apply on them.
- Must bring 2 files when you apply the first file includes all the things mentioned in the Sumup Form and it must be original papers except the three (identity and citizenship certificate and resident card, housing certificate, all should be color copies) The second file contains copies of the certificate and Forms that You must fill by hand.
- When you copy (Civil Status identity and resident card) it must be on one side, the idintity face and back.
- Employeers applicants should bring an allowance certificate that contains the following statement (no objection to the employee of the department to study for the academic year 2012-2013 and granted study leave in case of acceptance) and it should be signed by the ministry, which the employee works for.
- Applicants must visit our website on a daily basis for any developments and the completion of some missing papers in their application, if any.
