Born in 1971 in Baghdad – he has B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Compter Science from University of Technology 1993, 1996 and 2000 respectively. General Specialization Computer Sciences and Specialization Artificial Intelligence He supervised 25 doctoral students and 85 master's students and has more than 120 scientific papers published in various local and international journals and conferences. He has 3 scientific books on artificial intelligence, Intelligent systems, and machine learning in Arabic Language. He won many scientific and academic awards. He was honored several times by the Iraqi Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
