Israa Tahseen Ali earned her (Ph.D., master’s and bachelor’s degree) in computer science from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Technology (UOT), Baghdad, Iraq in (2009, 2005, and 2002 respectively). Israa is a faculty member in the Computer Science Department at the University of Technology (UOT) since 2002. Her researches focus on Internet services programming, Web applications programming, Networking, and Information retrieving.
