Ammar Fakhri Mahdi Al- Anbari earned his master’s degree in Computer Science from Iraqi Commission for Computers and Informatics, Baghdad, Iraq in 2012 and Higher Diploma degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology (UOT), Baghdad, Iraq in 2003 and bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Al- Mustansiryah University, Baghdad, Iraq in 2002.
